Self-Serve Laundromat:
What are your hours?
We open at 7 am and close at 9 pm with the last load in at 8:30 pm.
Are you attended?
We have attendees available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Do you have enough folding tables?
We have plenty of folding tables, so you don’t have to share or wait for your own.
Where are you located?
We are in Seabright Plaza.
Do I need to pay with quarters?
You can pay with quarters, Apple Pay, Google Pay or your credit card.
How is the parking situation?
We are in a micro-mall with on-site parking.
Do you have any large machines for king size comforters?
Our largest machine is an 80 lb capacity. This is equivalent to 7 top loaders!
Wash and Fold:
What days can I drop off my Wash and Fold?
We do Wash and Fold on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
How long does it take for my fluff and fold to be completed?
We have same day service if you bring your clothes in the morning. If you're not in a hurry, your clothes will be ready for pick up on the next Wash and Fold day. You will receive a text when your clothes are done. For example, if you bring your clothes in on Tuesday, they will be done on Thursday. If you bring them in on Saturday, they will be ready for pick up on Tuesday.
Does same day service cost more?
Same day is $.30 per pound more than the two-day service.

How do I find out if you do laundry pickup in my area?
We do pickup in Santa Cruz, Live Oak, Capitola, Soquel, Aptos, and Scotts Valley. We are looking to grow and expand the areas and delivery days.
What days are your pickups?
Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday.
What if I can't be home during a pickup?
When you schedule a pickup, our software has a section for you to note where to get your clothes. Some people leave them on the porch, behind the gate or with an apartment manager.

Why do I need a bid rather than just a flat price?
Each business has varying needs and types of service. Commercial account prices are based off the type of laundry, quantity of laundry needed laundered, and now often you’d like our service.
